  • Knowledge of meat processing and tool handling for meat department

  • Knowledge and ability to process different cuts of meat and experience with meat department tools for meat department

Job Duties

  • Ensure day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly
  • Lead and engage team members to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Support team growth through training and development

  • Manage inventory and merchandising to maximize sales
