  • Ability to build positive internal relationships for prompt issue resolution

Job Duties

  • Resolve all daily order issues, returns, stock discrepancies
  • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and follow up until completion
  • Manage all aspects of administration for designated Personal Shoppers
  • Escalate complaints to the Personal Shopping Assistant Manager
  • Support the Personal Shopper to close sales
  • Create dedicated emails for customers with product images, details, and pricing
  • Outline service benefits to unengaged customers and ensure follow up with email or phone call
  • Create customer profiles to offer the right product
  • Conduct ad-hoc stock searches and check stock levels
  • Assist with stock requests for appointments
  • Arrange samples to be sent to head office and assist with EIP fitting rooms setup and clearance
  • Organize and check stock for consignment deliveries
  • Assist with event setup, participation, and takedown
  • Process orders, pre-orders, and product reservations
  • Manage Personal Shopper's customers during their absence
  • Maintain customers list administration
