- Ability to build positive internal relationships for prompt issue resolution
Job Duties
- Resolve all daily order issues, returns, stock discrepancies
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and follow up until completion
- Manage all aspects of administration for designated Personal Shoppers
- Escalate complaints to the Personal Shopping Assistant Manager
- Support the Personal Shopper to close sales
- Create dedicated emails for customers with product images, details, and pricing
- Outline service benefits to unengaged customers and ensure follow up with email or phone call
- Create customer profiles to offer the right product
- Conduct ad-hoc stock searches and check stock levels
- Assist with stock requests for appointments
- Arrange samples to be sent to head office and assist with EIP fitting rooms setup and clearance
- Organize and check stock for consignment deliveries
- Assist with event setup, participation, and takedown
- Process orders, pre-orders, and product reservations
- Manage Personal Shopper's customers during their absence
- Maintain customers list administration
