Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a cake decorator
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Assist with the patisserie bakery operation including preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation of bakery products

  • Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
  • Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
  • Ensure recipes are followed, products are fresh, labeled correctly and priced appropriately
  • Assist with and create customer special orders and showcase cakes
  • Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils
  • Supervise teammates in patisserie area to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures
  • Adhere to corporate and state sanitation regulations
  • Control shrinkage through policy adherence
  • Work effectively both individually and as part of a team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
