Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts starting at 4:30 am
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal food handler regulations
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to kitchen changes and schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pastry chef or baker
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting around 4:30 am
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Attention to detail and creativity in pastry decoration
  • Ability to lift heavy ingredients
  • Formal baking or pastry education (preferred but not required)
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins according to Kneaders recipes
  • Decorate pastries with attention to detail and creativity
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Lift and handle heavy ingredients up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
  • Adapt to changes in kitchen operations and schedules
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of baked goods
