Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work early morning shifts starting at 4:30 am
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal food handler regulations
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to kitchen changes and schedules
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pastry chef or baker
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting around 4:30 am
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Attention to detail and creativity in pastry decoration
- Ability to lift heavy ingredients
- Formal baking or pastry education (preferred but not required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins according to Kneaders recipes
- Decorate pastries with attention to detail and creativity
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Lift and handle heavy ingredients up to 50 pounds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- Adapt to changes in kitchen operations and schedules
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of baked goods
