Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- have morning or daytime availability
- able to lift at least 50 pounds
- stand for long periods during shift
- committed to maintaining sanitation standards
- flexible with work schedule
- able to adapt to changing kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of large-scale baking or pastry experience
- ability to work quickly and decorate pastries (preferred but not required)
- knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- formal baking or pastry education is a bonus
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours with early shifts
Job Duties
- follow recipes to prepare pastries and baked goods
- pay close attention to detail to ensure product quality
- lift and handle heavy ingredients and supplies
- decorate pastries quickly and effectively
- maintain compliance with food handler and sanitation standards
- adapt to changes in kitchen workflow
- start shifts early and maintain punctuality
