Pastry Chefs must be comfortable handling heavy doughs and ingredients weighing 50 pounds or more and be able to stand, lift, and mix throughout their shifts. Because the position starts early in the morning, candidates must have morning or daytime availability and be early risers ready to start their shifts before sunrise. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- have morning or daytime availability
- able to lift at least 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of large-scale baking or pastry experience
- ability to work quickly and decorate pastries (preferred but not required)
- knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- formal baking or pastry education is a bonus

- ability to work flexible hours with early shifts
