Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability for full-time or part-time morning/daytime shifts
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work early morning shifts
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of large-scale baking or pastry experience preferred
- Ability to decorate pastries quickly and creatively
- Knowledge of food handler and sanitation regulations
- Passion for baking and producing quality products
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work early morning hours
- Formal baking or pastry education is a bonus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain attention to detail in product presentation
- Lift heavy ingredients and supplies up to 50 lbs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Work early shifts starting before dawn
- Adapt to changes and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality baked goods
