Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry or bakery, preferably in a high-volume production environment
- solid knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- commitment to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry or bakery, preferably in a high-volume production environment

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare pastry items according to specifications and recipes
- monitor product wastage and complete assigned tasks across multiple stations within deadlines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the immediate work area at all times
- comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the food safety management system
- report any food safety-related concerns to the manager or hygiene/food safety team
- ensure adequate supply levels at the cooking stations
- store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
- follow the direction of the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef
- foster a positive and cooperative work environment
- support in staff training and perform additional duties as assigned
