The Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center exemplifies these values by combining exceptional service with a welcoming atmosphere where associates are empowered to deliver impeccable guest experiences. Hyatt’s core values emphasize empathy, wellbeing, respect, integrity, experimentation, and inclusion, fostering a culture where colleagues thrive and guests feel genuinely cared for.

The Assistant Operations Manager - Food and Beverage Venues at Hyatt Regency Denver will play a critical role in overseeing key dining locations within the hotel, specifically the Former Saint Restaurant and Assembly Hall & Market. This leadership position entails managing the daily operations of these venues, ensuring that service meets Hyatt's exceptional standards, and contributing to a hospitable, customer-focused environment. The role involves responsibility for scheduling, forecasting, training associates, and ensuring strict compliance with all federal, state, and local laws as well as Hyatt’s established operating procedures. A significant aspect of this role also includes coordinating special events hosted by the hotel, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Candidates for this position must demonstrate strong communication and analytical abilities, enabling them to optimize food and beverage operations through careful cost control and efficient resource management. Experience in food and beverage cost control is highly valued, as the ability to maintain profitability while delivering high-quality guest experiences is essential. The Assistant Operations Manager must be a dynamic leader who fosters a collaborative team environment and exhibits flexibility with work schedules, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary for this position ranges from $51,600 to $61,800, depending on experience.
