Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2+ years as food and beverage management preferred
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work with flexible work schedule

  • open availability for any shift including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • oversee Former Saint Restaurant and Assembly Hall & Market venues
  • manage scheduling and forecasting for food and beverage operations
  • train and develop team members
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and Hyatt operating procedures
  • coordinate special events within the hotel
  • control food and beverage costs
  • maintain strong communication and analytical skills to optimize operations
