Job Duties
- oversee Former Saint Restaurant and Assembly Hall & Market venues
- manage scheduling and forecasting for food and beverage operations
- train and develop team members
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and Hyatt operating procedures
- coordinate special events within the hotel
- control food and beverage costs
- maintain strong communication and analytical skills to optimize operations
