Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage management preferred
  • Open availability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong communication skills
  • Food and beverage cost control experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 plus years experience in food and beverage management preferred
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage service in an upscale environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player with dynamic leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage venues including Former Saint Restaurant and Assembly Hall & Market
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage labor forecasting
  • Train and develop food and beverage team members
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and Hyatt operating procedures
  • Coordinate special events held within the hotel
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to maintain high service standards
