Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Spa is dedicated to fostering a culture of respect, integrity, creativity, and empathy among its team members, making it a globally recognized employer in the hospitality industry that values diversity and inclusion.
The hotel is currently seeking an Operations Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to join its dynamic Food & Beverage Team. This is a full-time opportunity with an annual salary range of $70,000 to $80,000. Beyond daily tasks, the Assistant Operations Manager will maintain a consistent presence on the floor during service to supervise and mentor staff, conduct training, and uphold service quality. This involves coaching employees to align with Hyatt’s high service standards, managing guest relations by promptly addressing complaints, and ensuring staff deliver courteous, friendly, and attentive service. Weekly duties include overseeing payroll and scheduling, following up on department projects, and acting as a liaison for all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across teams.

The Hyatt Regency brand is known for creating meaningful experiences for guests and colleagues alike, and this role is crucial in fostering those experiences by building strong relationships and promoting a culture of excellence and care within the food and beverage operations.
In addition to a competitive salary, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement, fitness and wellbeing allowances, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, retirement savings plans such as Roth IRA and 401(k), stock purchase options, paid time off including sick, vacation, holidays and family bonding, and unique perks like discounted room nights worldwide and employee assistance programs. Joining Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Spa means joining a respected global hospitality leader committed to career growth, work-life balance, and creating an inclusive workplace environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to a memorable guest experience.
