A key responsibility of this position includes managing employee training and development to foster a high-performing team capable of meeting Hyatt’s exacting standards of service. Effective guest recovery and complaint resolution are crucial in maintaining the hotel’s superior reputation. The Assistant Operations Manager must exercise excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to balance multiple operational priorities, engage with guests, and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires a flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

The salary range for this position is $60,100 to $73,600, reflecting Hyatt’s commitment to competitive compensation. This is a full-time opportunity that not only promises a meaningful career but also the chance to be part of a respected global hotel brand with a strong presence in the Denver area.
