Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or event services preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight up to 50 pounds
  • must be available to work AM, PM, and overnight shifts
  • demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing event services and event setup
  • manage staffing, training, and scheduling for banquet and event services
  • ensure high quality service delivery during banquets and events
  • post banquet checks accurately
  • resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to facilitate smooth operations
  • support staff development and operational planning
