Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years management experience or 4-year degree with progressive supervisory experience
  • Experience in global supply chain, particularly semiconductor, pharmaceutical or gas industry
  • Proven ability to manage safety and employee performance
  • Demonstrated skills in scheduling labor and workforce management
  • Ability to train and develop employees
  • Project management skills including knowledge of six sigma and lean principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Comfortable traveling up to 20% of the time
  • English language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and comprehension
  • Physical ability to see details at close range and hear others effectively
  • Must be able to work hands-on and lead projects to completion
  • Comfortable using MS Office, CRM systems and data visualization tools

  • Experience in global supply chain management preferably in semiconductor, pharma or gas industries
  • 4 years experience with Customer SOR, Rinchem SOR or Industry specific SOR
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating large commercial contracts
  • Strong technical data analysis skills
  • Proven track record of implementing new ideas and achieving successful results
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Two years progressive warehouse management supervisory experience
  • Business development acumen and sales success
  • Ability to forecast and knowledge of inventory/materials management
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively and persuasively before groups
  • Ability to relate to all levels of employees and build successful relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicable programs
  • Proficiency in CRM or Salesforce (training provided)
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to use programs such as Tableau
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives working with Quality, Operational, Engineering and Business Intelligence SMEs

Job Duties

  • Responsibility for facility activities in absence of Facility Manager
  • Serves as manager in charge on assigned shift
  • Responsibility for the safety of all employees and the efficient performance of their duties
  • Ensures all employees on shift are fully trained and proficient in assigned duties
  • Schedules for the most effective use of labor, using overtime as a tool when needed
  • Responsible for Showcase Standards on assigned shift
  • Responsible for obtaining and maintaining Corporate and CSC goals through use of identified metrics
  • Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
  • Address employee and customer concerns
  • Makes recommendations for continuous improvement of current processes
  • Fills in for Supervisor when absent
  • Leads and participates in projects
