The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed performance targets, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves assisting in hiring, training, and managing staff to maintain a dedicated and efficient team committed to excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive in creating a fun yet professional workplace that motivates employees and enhances productivity.

A key responsibility of this role is to deliver consistently high-quality products and services that meet our brand’s standards. The Assistant Store Manager will also take on the full responsibilities of the Store Manager whenever necessary, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills. Maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness protocols is essential to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

This position is ideal for individuals with previous experience in a pizza franchise setting, preferably with at least three years of experience. This experience enables the candidate to understand the intricacies of managing a fast-paced food service environment and to contribute to the store’s operational success effectively.
