The Restaurant Assistant Manager role is a full-time position designed for a highly motivated individual eager to support the General Manager in all facets of restaurant management. This role is integral in ensuring smooth daily operations, from overseeing both front of house and back of house functions to managing staff hiring, training, and scheduling. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food presentation and delivering excellent guest experiences. This position requires strong leadership skills, an ability to resolve guest concerns effectively, and a commitment to upholding company policies and operational procedures. The Assistant Manager will also handle special events and sizable party bookings, providing oversight and support to guarantee successful outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant or bar experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Highly motivated for success
- Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
- Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of bartending or serving experience in full-menu restaurants
- At least one year managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant industry
- A desire to grow as a leader and to daily be better than you were the day before
Job Duties
- Overseeing both front of house and back of house operations as assigned by General Manager
- Interviewing, training and coaching front of house co-workers
- Completing all related fiscal management processes
- Assisting with the development of co-worker schedules
- Providing leadership and being a role model for all co-workers
- Serving and bartending shifts
- Resolving guest concerns
- Providing oversight for large party bookings, special events and company specials
- Providing outstanding guest engagement and ensuring quality plate presentation
- Setting high expectations for co-worker performance and ensuring all policies and practices are followed
