Job Qualifications
- at least two years of bartending or serving experience in full-menu restaurants
- at least one year managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant industry
- a desire to grow as a leader and to daily be better than you were the day before
Job Duties
- overseeing both front of house and back of house operations as assigned by general manager
- interviewing, training and coaching front of house co-workers
- completing all related fiscal management processes
- assisting with the development of co-worker schedules
- providing leadership and being a role model for all co-workers
- serving and/or bartending shifts
- resolving guest concerns
- providing oversight for large party bookings, special events and company specials
- providing outstanding guest engagement and ensuring quality plate presentation
- setting high expectations for co-worker performance and ensuring all policies and practices are followed
