Job Description

The Restaurant Assistant Manager role is a critical position responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with team members to oversee the Front of House and Back of House, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service. Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or bar experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Highly motivated for success
  • Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
  • Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of bartending or serving experience in full-menu restaurants
  • At least one year managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant industry
  • A desire to grow as a leader and to daily be better than you were the day before

Job Duties

  • Overseeing both front of house and back of house operations as assigned by general manager
  • Interviewing, training and coaching front of house co-workers
  • Completing all related fiscal management processes
  • Assisting with the development of co-worker schedules
  • Providing leadership and being a role model for all co-workers
  • Serving and/or bartending shifts
  • Resolving guest concerns
  • Providing oversight for large party bookings, special events and company specials
  • Providing outstanding guest engagement and ensuring quality plate presentation
  • Setting high expectations for co-worker performance and ensuring all policies and practices are followed
