As the largest parking network in America, SP+ supports mobility at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe, staffed by a robust team of over 23,000 employees. The company is dedicated to transforming parking, an everyday necessity that impacts millions of people, into a seamless and time-saving part of daily life.
Joining SP+ means becoming part of a dynamic team that is reinventing mobility and enhancing the way people experience parking across urban and suburban landscapes. The company’s vision extends beyond parking to powering checkout-free experiences everywhere people live, work, and play, ultimately giving back their most valuable resource: time. SP+ values innovation, customer service, and operational excellence, ensuring that employees are equipped to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The role of Valet Supervisor at SP+ is pivotal in maintaining high standards of guest experience and client relations while managing the day-to-day operations of the valet service. This position entails ensuring safety, professionalism, and efficiency across valet activities. The Valet Supervisor will implement strategic staging plans to maximize parking capacity by leveraging the layout of each location. Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle management from arrival to departure, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and ensuring all operational procedures comply with company standards. The role also involves scheduling staff according to expected vehicle volume, handling administrative tasks such as daily paperwork and audit preparations, and playing an active role in recruiting, training, and coaching valet staff. The Valet Supervisor must be vigilant in maintaining the safety and security of vehicles and keys, promptly reporting any incidents or policy violations.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $26.00 to $28.00 per hour. Employees also gain access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, life and accident insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and paid time off. Working at SP+ means joining a company committed to equal opportunity employment, diversity, and a respectful, inclusive workplace. The organization prioritizes professional growth and values employee contributions, making it an excellent choice for individuals seeking a rewarding career in the transportation and mobility sector in Santa Monica, California.
