The Assistant Boutique Manager position is a key leadership role at Nespresso’s US Flagship store located in the vibrant Flatiron district of New York City. This role acts as the co-leader alongside the Boutique Manager, driving sales, team development, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences. The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for executing boutique strategy to meet sales and profitability goals while fostering a culture that represents the brand’s core values. This role requires a hands-on leader who inspires and coaches a team to deliver outstanding service and memorable customer journeys. The assistant manager also ensures efficient store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, visual merchandising, and maintaining quality standards.

Job Duties
- Lead by example to coach and teach the team ensuring we deliver our House of Hospitality to every customer
- inspire service excellence to create meaningful and memorable customer experiences daily
- achieve winning sales and service performance through daily team coaching and effective communication
- use chat-ins to curate the ideal customer journey in our boutique
- evaluate boutique performance with the Boutique Manager to implement improvement strategies
- motivate team performance through feedback and recognition
- collaborate with the Store Manager to champion the ongoing development and growth of the store team building capabilities and creating an inspiring culture for learning
- adapt to evolving priorities ensuring all operations inventory scheduling and company processes are implemented
- execute store visual guidelines to optimize sales and product presentation
- as Quality Coach identify improvements to create efficiencies and keep the boutique running smoothly
- welcome advise and guide customers to identify their perfect coffee match
- create coffee moments by offering tastings and sharing your knowledge our coffee and our sustainability practices with customers
