The role of Applebee's Assistant Manager is integral to maintaining the high standards and success of the Flynn Applebee's brand. The position is full-time with compensation ranging from $20.98 to $27.27 per hour, approximately $60,000 to $78,000 annually based on a 50-hour workweek. Additional earning potential exists through monthly bonuses, depending on the location. The Assistant Manager is deeply involved in daily restaurant operations, focusing on delivering an exceptional guest experience and leading the staff with enthusiasm and professionalism.

As an Assistant Manager, you will take on a leadership role, helping foster a passionate and motivated team that delivers friendly and timely service. Your responsibilities will include not only managing staff performance and operational standards but also engaging directly with guests to ensure their satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will oversee food preparation and presentation, maintain inventory levels, manage scheduling based on sales demands, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications a plus

  • Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit
