The Assistant Manager role at Flynn Applebee's offers an exciting opportunity to be deeply involved in all facets of daily restaurant operations. Compensation for Applebee's Assistant Managers ranges from $18.36 to $25.50 per hour, translating to approximately $52,509 to $72,930 annually based on a 50-hour work week. Additional incentives include potential monthly bonuses where applicable. Flynn Group also offers competitive wages alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes profit sharing or bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation, and paid sick leave.

This is a full-time position with varied shifts including weekends. Candidates need the physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts potentially lasting up to ten hours and be capable of safely lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Effective communication skills, manual dexterity, and the willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced restaurant environment are essential.

Job Requirements
