Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three years related experience and/or training
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to uphold all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • enthusiastic and friendly team member

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three years related experience and/or training
  • supervisory experience, especially in a restaurant setting, preferred
  • experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others

Job Duties

  • support daily front-of-house operation to ensure a seamless, high-end guest experience in alignment with luxury hospitality standards
  • lead and supervisor service teams during service hours, providing on-the floor direction, support, and coaching
  • uphold and enforce service protocols, grooming standards, and brand guidelines to maintain a refined and consistent guest environment
  • act as a key point of contact for guest relations, handling special request, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
  • monitor reservation flow, floor plans, and guest pacing using platforms like reserve to optimize seating and table turns
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely service execution
  • participate in pre-shift briefings and lead team line-ups to communicate daily goals, VIPs, menu changes and service priorities
