Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years related experience and/or training
- supervisory experience preferred
- experience with Microsoft Office suite
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to uphold all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- enthusiastic and friendly team member

Job Duties
- support daily front-of-house operation to ensure a seamless, high-end guest experience in alignment with luxury hospitality standards
- lead and supervisor service teams during service hours, providing on-the floor direction, support, and coaching
- uphold and enforce service protocols, grooming standards, and brand guidelines to maintain a refined and consistent guest environment
- act as a key point of contact for guest relations, handling special request, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- monitor reservation flow, floor plans, and guest pacing using platforms like reserve to optimize seating and table turns
- collaborate with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely service execution
- participate in pre-shift briefings and lead team line-ups to communicate daily goals, VIPs, menu changes and service priorities
