- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management, training and development, and supervising staff
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory effectively
- Experience in quick service and fast food restaurants or casual dining environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview, train, and develop team members
- Knowledge of budgeting, food handling regulations, and hospitality management practices
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts

- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members to build a strong team
- Support shift management by coordinating schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen management to optimize food production and service efficiency
