Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work in person
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service fast food or casual dining environments
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking processes and food handling safety protocols
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS cash handling expertise
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory roles in the food industry
- Familiarity with inventory control methods budgeting and food production processes
- Background in hospitality management with fine dining or banquet experience preferred
- Strong team management skills including interviewing training development and shift supervision
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices with culinary experience highly desirable
Job Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations including food preparation service delivery and staff management to ensure smooth functioning
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training coaching and development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture
- Manage inventory control processes including ordering supplies monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure accuracy and security
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards sanitation regulations and health codes across all areas of the restaurant
- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff appropriately to meet customer demand during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Assist with budgeting cost control and financial reporting to support business growth
- Conduct staff interviews onboarding and ongoing training sessions to develop a skilled and motivated team
- Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects excellent hospitality management practices
