Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work in person

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service fast food or casual dining environments
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking processes and food handling safety protocols
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS cash handling expertise
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory roles in the food industry
  • Familiarity with inventory control methods budgeting and food production processes
  • Background in hospitality management with fine dining or banquet experience preferred
  • Strong team management skills including interviewing training development and shift supervision
  • Knowledge of kitchen management practices with culinary experience highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations including food preparation service delivery and staff management to ensure smooth functioning
  • Lead and motivate team members through effective training coaching and development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture
  • Manage inventory control processes including ordering supplies monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure accuracy and security
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards sanitation regulations and health codes across all areas of the restaurant
  • Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff appropriately to meet customer demand during peak hours
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Assist with budgeting cost control and financial reporting to support business growth
  • Conduct staff interviews onboarding and ongoing training sessions to develop a skilled and motivated team
  • Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects excellent hospitality management practices
