Coordinating shift management and scheduling staff to meet customer demand during peak periods is essential to maintain operational efficiency. This position also involves handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Financial responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to support business growth. Recruiting efforts such as conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and providing ongoing staff training further contribute to developing a motivated and skilled workforce. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work in person

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service fast food or casual dining environments
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques cooking processes and food handling safety protocols
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS cash handling expertise
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory roles in the food industry
  • Familiarity with inventory control methods budgeting and food production processes
  • Background in hospitality management with fine dining or banquet experience preferred
  • Strong team management skills including interviewing training development and shift supervision
  • Knowledge of kitchen management practices with culinary experience highly desirable
