Candidates for this role should have at least two years of experience in a similar managerial capacity within a high-standard restaurant environment, preferably with at least five years in the industry. Experience in upscale resort settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a background in workplace training within a high-standard hotel environment will be beneficial. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend frequently, and lift loads up to 50 pounds, often in challenging outdoor weather conditions at high altitudes.

One&Only offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, holidays, uniform and meal provisions, complimentary transportation, subsidized housing options, discounts on property outlets, and exclusive access to accommodations at Kerzner properties worldwide. Seasonal benefits may also include ski passes or gym membership reimbursements.

At One&Only, the mission is to invest in each member of the team, fostering a culture that is open-hearted, intuitive, generous, and spontaneous.
