The role of an Assistant Manager at Panda Express is integral to the success of each individual store. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- flexiblity to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- effective verbal communication skills
- capacity to adapt to dynamic work environments
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
