The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and directing associates, as well as handling essential tasks such as hiring and training new staff members. To prepare candidates for success, Panda Express provides a comprehensive leadership training program lasting three or more weeks. This program equips incoming managers with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
