The role of Assistant Manager at Panda Express is a unique opportunity for experienced leaders interested in advancing their careers within a dynamic and fast-growing organization. This position is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of a single store, ensuring that financial targets are met and that guests receive outstanding service. The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and directing associates, as well as handling essential tasks such as hiring and training new staff members. To prepare candidates for success, Panda Express provides a comprehensive leadership training program lasting three or more weeks. This program equips incoming managers with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
