The role of Assistant Manager at Panda Express is a pivotal leadership position within a single store operation. This role requires a dynamic individual who can support the management team in achieving financial goals, overseeing staff recruitment, and directing daily operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences. Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to work at stores within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified for food safety
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
