The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the overall operation of a single store, ensuring that financial goals are met and that exceptional guest experiences are consistently delivered. This role involves managing and directing associates, overseeing hiring processes, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. The company is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, adhering to all federal, state, and local laws related to employment and accommodations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
In addition to the professional opportunities, Panda Express offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for its full-time associates. Employees enjoy numerous benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, voluntary short-term disability, cancer income protection insurance, a 401K plan with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, bereavement and funeral leave, and the Leave Share Program. Additional perks include free meals while working, discounts on theme parks and gym memberships, ongoing career and leadership development, continuous education assistance and scholarships, lucrative associate referral bonuses, and opportunities to contribute to community outreach initiatives.
