We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced leaders to join our store management team as Assistant Managers. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a single Panda Express store. Your leadership will involve hiring, training, and managing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences that align with Panda's standards. To prepare you thoroughly, we provide an extensive store leadership training program lasting three or more weeks, which offers hands-on experience and ongoing career development opportunities. This position emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, and effective communication to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- able to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- ability to stand for up to four hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy kitchen environment
- good verbal communication skills
- serve safe certification preferred
- willingness to handle physical tasks including using kitchen equipment
