Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Assist in the operation of a single restaurant location
- Participate in a store leadership training program
- Maintain food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- Manage scheduling including flexible hours and weekends
- Handle store operations while adapting to fast-paced environment
