This particular position is for an Assistant Manager role within one of the Panda Express stores. The role involves hands-on responsibilities in managing daily store operations effectively to ensure the overall success of the store. The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role by supervising and directing store associates, achieving financial targets, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. This is a full-time position that includes an extensive paid Store Management Leadership Training that lasts three or more weeks to prepare candidates for success. Furthermore, this role requires the Assistant Manager to be flexible in working hours including weekends, and ready to work within a 50-mile radius of the assigned store location. Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Food Safety Serve Safe certified
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications
