The role of Assistant Manager at Panda Express is a pivotal leadership position within the store management team. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the operation of a single store which includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals. Selected candidates will undergo a robust three or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare them for success in this role.
