Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years experience in related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years experience in related professional area
- Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to participate in property walkthroughs and engage with guests and employees
- Availability to work full time in Riviera Beach, Florida
- Eligibility to receive bonus based on performance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field
- Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Job Duties
- Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with the brand’s business goals
- Reviewing guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify improvement areas
- Evaluating and providing feedback to operations teams
- Conducting property walkthroughs with Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure maintenance standards
- Engaging with employees and guests to assess business needs and operational opportunities
- Leading cost containment efforts and managing financial performance
- Communicating departmental goals clearly and consistently to achieve desired results
