Job Description

The available position is a full-time management role overseeing Rooms and Guest Services Operations at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Singer Island. This role functions as the strategic business leader responsible for all rooms operations and acts as the General Manager in their absence. It encompasses oversight of multiple departments, including Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, and Security/Loss Prevention. The incumbent is expected to develop and implement departmental strategies in alignment with the brand’s service strategy and initiatives, ensuring that operations meet the target customer needs while maximizing financial performance. This role is a pivotal element in maintaining The Ritz-Carlton’s reputation for luxury and excellence.

In this leadership position, the candidate will focus on growing revenues, ensuring employee satisfaction, and delivering an extraordinary guest experience that surpasses expectations. Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years experience in related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years experience in related professional area
  • Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to participate in property walkthroughs and engage with guests and employees
  • Availability to work full time in Riviera Beach, Florida
  • Eligibility to receive bonus based on performance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field
  • Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans

Job Duties

  • Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with the brand’s business goals
  • Reviewing guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify improvement areas
  • Evaluating and providing feedback to operations teams
  • Conducting property walkthroughs with Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure maintenance standards
  • Engaging with employees and guests to assess business needs and operational opportunities
  • Leading cost containment efforts and managing financial performance
  • Communicating departmental goals clearly and consistently to achieve desired results
