The work schedule follows a rotating 3-week plan with an expected 45-hour workweek primarily during the 2:00 pm to close shift. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager plays a critical leadership role in maintaining compliance with all Braum's store policies and practices, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall profitability of the unit.
Ideal candidates are positive, energetic individuals with at least two years of retail management experience and a strong work ethic. You should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build and lead a successful team built on trust and accountability. The role demands organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and interpret store performance reports to make informed decisions.
