Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum two years retail management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work a rotating 3-week schedule with a 45-hour work week
- Experience in food service or grocery retail preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and team members
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Positive approach to training and developing team members
Job Qualifications

- Ability to analyze and understand store performance reports

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Participate in creating a positive team environment and promote a culture of trust and accountability
- Analyze store performance reports and implement action plans to achieve unit goals
