The Assistant Manager is responsible for executing Braum's brand strategy, vision, mission, and values on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the store meets its sales goals while maintaining excellent food quality and customer experience. Job Duties

- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
