The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager, also known as Food Service Supervisor, is pivotal to Braum's continued success. This position involves leading and motivating the store crew while ensuring top-tier customer experience and operational excellence. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager to execute the company’s brand strategy, vision, mission, and values, creating an environment conducive to maximum sales and customer satisfaction. This role offers an hourly wage of $18.50 to $19.00, translating to an annual salary range between $46,500 and $52,000, with additional bonus incentives paid bi-weekly. The shift for this position typically runs from 2:00 p.m. until closing, encompassing approximately 45 hours per week on a rotating three-week schedule.

Key responsibilities include coaching and leading store crew members, overseeing daily food service operations, managing grocery market and fountain sales, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The Assistant Manager also plays a vital role in inventory monitoring, kitchen equipment upkeep, and enforcing company policies and practices. Candidates for this role will demonstrate strong customer focus, integrity, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain trust within their teams. Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
