Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years QSR experience
- At least 1 year leadership experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- Clear speech and hearing
- Ability to operate a computer or tablet
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment

- Skilled in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and motivating employees

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
- Develop and implement training programs for restaurant staff
- Assign activities and tasks to team members
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellent performance
- Hold team accountable for delivering high-quality guest service and food in adherence with brand standards
- Continuously review and improve guest experience practices
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
- Partner with the General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
- Identify trends and implement actions for improvement
- Develop long-term sales growth strategies
- Monitor costs, budgets, and restaurant goals
