Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years QSR experience
At least 1 year leadership experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
Clear speech and hearing
Ability to operate a computer or tablet
Comfortable in fast-paced environment

At least 1 year in a leadership position
Excellent prioritization skills

Skilled in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and motivating employees

Job Duties

Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
Develop and implement training programs for restaurant staff
Assign activities and tasks to team members
Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellent performance
Hold team accountable for delivering high-quality guest service and food in adherence with brand standards
Continuously review and improve guest experience practices
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
Partner with the General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
Identify trends and implement actions for improvement
Develop long-term sales growth strategies
Monitor costs, budgets, and restaurant goals
