Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years QSR experience
  • At least 1 year leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
  • Clear speech and hearing
  • Ability to operate a computer or tablet
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years quick service restaurant experience
  • At least 1 year in a leadership position
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Skilled in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and motivating employees

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
  • Develop and implement training programs for restaurant staff
  • Assign activities and tasks to team members
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellent performance
  • Hold team accountable for delivering high-quality guest service and food in adherence with brand standards
  • Continuously review and improve guest experience practices
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
  • Partner with the General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Identify trends and implement actions for improvement
  • Develop long-term sales growth strategies
  • Monitor costs, budgets, and restaurant goals
