The Assistant Manager position at QDOBA Mexican Eats plays a pivotal role in supporting and driving restaurant operations alongside the General Manager. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years QSR experience
- at least one year leadership experience
- ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- clear verbal and telephone communication skills
- ability to operate computer and tablets
- valid driver’s license
- operable personal cell phone if delivering catering orders
- follow company safety procedures when delivering
- able to work in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- minimum two years QSR experience
- at least one year in a leadership position
- excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
- train and develop restaurant staff ensuring training systems are implemented
- assign activities and tasks to team members
- comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
- hold team accountable for excellent guest service and food quality
- review and modify practices to improve guest experience
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and service standards
- partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
- identify trends and implement improvement plans
- develop long term sales growth initiatives
- consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions
- monitor costs adherence to budget and restaurant goals
