- Minimum 2 years QSR experience
- At least 1 year leadership experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 10-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
- Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure training systems are fully implemented and followed
- Assign activities and tasks to restaurant team members
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
- Hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
- Review practices and modify as needed to continuously improve the guest experience
- Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
- Partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
- Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- Focus on long-term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable growth
- Consider cost-benefit impacts of financial decisions to protect the brand
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
