Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience including at least 1 year in leadership
- Ability to recruit, hire, coach, and train staff
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift equipment and product cases weighing 10-50 lbs
- Ability to clearly speak and hear on phone and in person
- Ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
- If delivering catering orders, must have an operable personal cell phone
- Must use personal phone to track catering orders via app or text when departing and upon delivery following safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years QSR experience including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Ability to take direction from senior management
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees
- Valid driver’s license required
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
- Train and develop restaurant staff ensuring training systems are implemented and followed
- Assign activities and tasks to team members
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellent performance
- Hold team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in compliance with brand standards
- Review and improve practices to enhance guest experience
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
- Use management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Identify trends and implement improvement action plans
- Develop initiatives for long-term sales growth
- Consider financial decisions for cost-benefit impact and brand protection
- Monitor costs and ensure adherence to budget and restaurant goals
