Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and housekeeping operations
- Prior experience in casino or hotel environment preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Knowledge of union and non-union environments
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Maintenance of confidentiality

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in a large casino or hotel environment preferred but not required
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide feedback at all levels and challenge the status quo
- Strong problem negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work proficiently with deadlines and without constant supervision
- Weekend availability with flexibility to work all shifts

- Education equivalent to a high school diploma or combination of training and experience

Job Duties
- Ensure the Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for housekeeping areas including guest rooms, back of house lockers, and tower public areas
- Assist in managing all levels of staff including quality assurance supervisors, guest room attendants, house person, and utility house person
- Manage multiple personality types and maintain a calm environment under pressure
- Focus on key drivers of employee engagement and guest satisfaction
- Provide clear direction, establish goals and monitor progress to achieve desired results
- Conduct effective pre-shifts to ensure timely and accurate communication with staff
- Manage productivity of assigned staff members and work closely to ensure their success
