Job Qualifications

- certification in all stations per DHC Training Program

- proficiency in cash handling and administrative tasks
- demonstrated positive attitude and professionalism
Job Duties
- Ensure that Shift Leaders and Team Members perform their job responsibilities and meet expectations
- follow the DHC Training Program to learn and train new skills
- communicate with immediate supervisor for additional training needs
- conduct and/or ensure completion of Ops Walks and Q&A checks
- organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
- assign duties based on employee roles and skills
- facilitate teamwork in food preparation while adhering to safety and sanitary standards
- delegate daily restaurant cleanliness tasks
- handle guest concerns professionally
- maintain uniform and appearance standards
- provide feedback and supervision to maintain productivity and morale
- communicate work performance and address issues
- train, schedule and manage employees
- balance cash drawers and prepare deposits
- assist Assistant General Manager and General Manager
- abide by management rules and directions
- plan and implement daily operational routines
