The Assistant Manager role at Dave's Hot Chicken plays a critical part in supporting both the Assistant General Manager and General Manager with the day-to-day management of the restaurant. Job Qualifications

certification in all stations per DHC Training Program

Job Duties

Ensure that Shift Leaders and Team Members perform their job responsibilities and meet expectations
follow the DHC Training Program to learn and train new skills
communicate with immediate supervisor for additional training needs
conduct and/or ensure completion of Ops Walks and Q&A checks
organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
assign duties based on employee roles and skills

delegate daily restaurant cleanliness tasks
handle guest concerns professionally
