The Food and Beverage Manager role at Caesars Entertainment is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the property, ensuring that departmental goals related to service, engagement, and profitability are consistently met. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong leadership employee relations communication managerial and organizational skills
- Ability to train follow and execute training manuals
- Five years of restaurant industry work including two to three years progressive supervisory experience
- Must have good analytical abilities
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to coach co-workers and work as a team for success
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the property
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds
- Must be able to bend reach kneel twist and grip items when working at assigned desk area
- Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment including a 10 key adding machine PC computers fax machine and photocopier
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and stressful situations
- Must be able to read write speak and understand English
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues

Job Duties
- Ensure highest degree of operations and customer satisfaction
- Build systems and processes to ensure quality operations occur
- Determine implement and update policies and procedures for all food and beverage areas in conjunction with Manager
- Accomplish departmental objectives by recruiting selecting orienting training assigning scheduling coaching counseling and disciplining staff
- Institute cost control procedures and standards of performance and ensure all operational expenses are within budget
- Ensure all hiring practices employee disciplinary actions and expectations of employees are in accordance with operating procedures
- Report department activity to Manager regularly and act as a role model to other employees
- Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory departmental and company policies
