Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • Minimum of three years restaurant or related hospitality experience
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with laws
  • Ability to perform basic math operations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • Minimum of three years restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • Manages the day-to-day operation of F&B venues in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Develops initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest counts
  • Maintains effective cost controls and analyzes operating statements
  • Monitors team member performance and compliance with policies
  • Conducts monthly safety meetings and ensures health and food safety standards
  • Ensures menu items are prepared to recipe specifications and maintains food quality
  • Responds to guest comments and resolves issues to satisfaction
