Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years QSR experience
- At least one year leadership experience
- Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate computers and tablets
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person

- At least one year of experience in a leadership position
- Excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills

- Proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
- Responsible for the training and development of restaurant staff ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- Assign activities and tasks
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems and food safety requirements
- Review practices and modify as needed to continuously improve the guest experience
