Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old to remain compliant with state and federal laws
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years quick service restaurant experience with leadership experience
- Ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing 10 to 50 lbs
- Ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
- Ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years quick service restaurant experience with at least one year in a leadership position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent prioritization interpersonal problem solving and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Ability to take direction from higher level positions
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
- Train and develop restaurant staff ensuring training systems are fully implemented and followed
- Assign activities and tasks to restaurant team
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems procedures and food safety requirements
- Review practices and modify as needed to continuously improve the guest experience
- Maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness maintenance and excellent service
- Partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance using management information tools
- Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- Focus on developing long term sales growth initiatives for profitable sales growth
- Consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions and protect the brand
- Monitor costs adherence to budget and restaurant goals
