Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old to remain compliant with state and federal laws
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years quick service restaurant experience with leadership experience
  • Ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing 10 to 50 lbs
  • Ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
  • Ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years quick service restaurant experience with at least one year in a leadership position
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent prioritization interpersonal problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Ability to take direction from higher level positions
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
  • Train and develop restaurant staff ensuring training systems are fully implemented and followed
  • Assign activities and tasks to restaurant team
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems procedures and food safety requirements
  • Review practices and modify as needed to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness maintenance and excellent service
  • Partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance using management information tools
  • Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
  • Focus on developing long term sales growth initiatives for profitable sales growth
  • Consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions and protect the brand
  • Monitor costs adherence to budget and restaurant goals
