Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years QSR experience
  • at least one year in a leadership position
  • excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • highly motivated and organized
  • ability to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
  • demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
  • must have a valid driver’s license
  • ability to lift 10-50 pounds
  • must be able to speak and hear clearly
  • must be able to operate a computer device

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
  • responsible for the training and development of restaurant staff ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • assign activities and tasks to restaurant team members
  • comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
  • review practices and modify as needed to improve the guest experience
  • maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
  • partner with the General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
  • identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
  • focus on long term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable sales
  • consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions and work to protect the brand
  • monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
