- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years QSR experience
- at least one year in a leadership position
- excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- highly motivated and organized
- ability to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
- demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
- must have a valid driver’s license
- ability to lift 10-50 pounds
- must be able to speak and hear clearly
- must be able to operate a computer device
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment selection and training efforts
- responsible for the training and development of restaurant staff ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- assign activities and tasks to restaurant team members
- comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
- review practices and modify as needed to improve the guest experience
- maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- partner with the General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
- identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- focus on long term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable sales
- consider cost benefit impact of financial decisions and work to protect the brand
- monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
