Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of QSR restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to follow directives and work autonomously
  • Commitment to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide team members
  • Experience in sales building and expense management

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, and motivate Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to deliver exceptional service
  • Effectively assign tasks to ensure all food service aspects adhere to operational standards
  • Enforce compliance with SONIC policies and employee handbook
  • Assist with restaurant opening and closing operations
  • Monitor staffing, inventory levels, and food cost control, making adjustments as necessary
  • Conduct weekly inventory and assist in maintaining necessary documentation
  • Promote a positive customer service ethos and address guest requests promptly
  • Effectively manage and resolve guest complaints with professionalism
