Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Six months of QSR restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow directives and work autonomously
- Commitment to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide team members
- Experience in sales building and expense management
Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and motivate Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to deliver exceptional service
- Effectively assign tasks to ensure all food service aspects adhere to operational standards
- Enforce compliance with SONIC policies and employee handbook
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing operations
- Monitor staffing, inventory levels, and food cost control, making adjustments as necessary
- Conduct weekly inventory and assist in maintaining necessary documentation
- Promote a positive customer service ethos and address guest requests promptly
- Effectively manage and resolve guest complaints with professionalism
