The role of Assistant Manager at Braum's is a pivotal position designed for dynamic, energetic individuals seeking a career in food service management. This position offers an hourly compensation ranging from $17.50 to $18.00, which translates to an annual salary of $51,000 to $53,500. The Assistant Manager will work a shift from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. This role involves leadership, coaching, and development of the store crew to ensure exceptional customer service, maximize sales, and maintain high food quality standards. As a key member of the management team, the Assistant Manager will execute Braum's brand strategy by upholding the company's vision, mission, and values.

The Assistant Manager will actively participate in inventory monitoring, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Job Requirements

  • Retail management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
