Boasting over 40 restaurants across more than 18 unique concepts, CRG is deeply committed to hospitality, community impact, sustainable growth, and operational excellence. The company's culture prioritizes innovation and genuine guest experiences, standing out in the competitive restaurant industry by focusing on quality, service, and community connection.
One of CRG's popular brands is BRU Burger Bar, a vibrant and energetic establishment centered around great burgers and genuine hospitality. BRU Burger Bar is known for its chef-driven approach to elevating a classic American favorite. Combining high-quality ingredients, craft beverages, and exceptional service, BRU creates a neighborhood gathering place where guests always feel welcome and team members have the opportunity to thrive professionally and personally.
CRG is actively seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at BRU Burger Bar. This role is ideal for hospitality-driven individuals passionate about people development and operational success. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in daily restaurant operations, leading shifts, coaching staff, supporting financial and operational goals, and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. This position also provides the chance to step in as acting General Manager when needed, further expanding leadership responsibilities.
With competitive salary and benefits reflective of experience, CRG invites dynamic and experienced hospitality leaders to join the team and make an impact. The company places a high value on diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities and a respectful workplace for all employees.
